Harvard Business Review looks at six measures employers should take to honor their employees' privacy should they decide to monitor their digital workspace. Employers are advised to be transparent with their employees about what they are monitoring and why, decrease any tracking where possible and monitor systems to ensure vulnerable groups are not disproportionately affected by any surveillance.
