A video showing the husband of Hong Kong superstar Sammi Cheng with another woman while in a vehicle has sparked a debate around the use of hidden cameras installed by drivers, the South China Morning Post reports. While it is unclear if the vehicle was a taxi, hired car or a private car, Privacy Commissioner Stephen Wong said that a taxi is a semi-private place and drivers should abide by the privacy law if cameras are present. A spokesman for the Transport Department said guidelines were being drafted to aid the taxi sector in the use of cameras due to privacy concerns.
