Working with the Polaris Project, Enigma is trying to combat human trafficking through the Stand Together Against Trafficking project, PC Magazine reports. Enigma Co-Founder and CEO Hicham Oudghiri discussed the efforts with PC Magazine during a recent conference in New York City. According to a Forbes article from earlier this year, "To date, Enigma has synthesized 100,000 data sets in more than 100 countries, organized intelligence on 30 million small businesses and accumulated 140 billion points of data on the U.S. population." In the interview, Oudghiri discusses how they use that data, including for sharing it to prevent human trafficking. The program is currently running with a list of restricted set of partners while Enigma fine-tunes the parameters of the project, the report states.
