The U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce's Subcommittee on Consumer Protection and Commerce will hold a hearing June 14 on the bipartisan discussion draft for the American Data Privacy and Protection Act. Co-authors of the discussion draft, U.S. Reps. Frank Pallone, D-N.J., and Cathy McMorris Rodgers, R-Wash., are members of the subcommittee.
