Wawa, a U.S. convenience store chain, has been hit with a data breach that potentially affected all its locations, WPVI-TV Philadelphia reports. "Our information security team discovered malware on Wawa payment processing servers on (Dec.) 10, 2019, and contained it by (Dec.) 12, 2019," Wawa CEO Chris Gheysens wrote in a letter to customers Thursday. The hack dated back to March and potentially worked its way through to more than 800 Wawa stores. Credit and debit card numbers, expiration dates, and cardholder names on payment cards were part of the potential exposure.
