Far Eastern University students are urged to reset their account passwords as a potential hacking of its student portal is investigated, the Manila Bulletin reports. FEU’s Kadiwa Student Coalition, which notified students of the potential breach, said hacker group Pinoy Grayhats was allegedly responsible, noting approximately 1,000 accounts were exposed. The university notified the Philippines' National Privacy Commission and engaged an external cybersecurity provider to improve its assessment and security measures.
