The U.S. Biden administration released a fact sheet on steps being taken to strengthen and safeguard United States’ cybersecurity, including the creation of a cybersecurity standards label for Internet of Things devices. Companies, associations and government partners will gather this month to discuss developing the label “to help Americans know their devices are secure.” The focus will start on routers and home cameras “to deliver the most impact, most quickly.”
