BakerHostetler has announced the addition of Tanya Forsheit, CIPP/US, and Scott Koller, CIPP/US, to the firm’s privacy and data protection team. Forsheit comes from InfoLawGroup, and her experience includes privacy and data security law, particularly working with clients to address legal requirements and best practices for protection of customer and employee information. She’s worked on negotiating cloud computing and other IT outsourcing deals for service providers and others and has also represented clients in FTC investigations, the announcement states. Koller also comes from InfoLawGroup, and his practice has focused on information technology, privacy and data security. “Koller has extensive experience handling a wide range of complex litigation in both federal and state courts,” the announcement states.
