Turkish DPA publishes draft guide on cookies

The Turkish data protection authority, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, is seeking feedback on a newly released draft guide for data controllers processing personal data through cookies. The guide includes recommendations on data protection within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, practical advice for data controllers, explanations of good practices and more.
