  • Snap internally explored ways it can work around Apple's App Tracking Transparency feature, the Financial Times reports. The company sought to use "probabilistic matching," which would cross-reference first-party data with data from third parties on advertising performances. Snap acknowledged the piloting of the technique but said it planned to end the scheme once Apple's ATT took effect.
  • MediaPost reports Google will roll out technical explanations on recent Federated Learning of Cohorts tests run on Chrome browsers. The explanations, which will be published in the coming weeks, will address targeting, application programming interfaces remarketing, reach, frequency and more.
