The European Union Agency for Cybersecurity's proposed certification scheme aims to increase companies' technical measures for cloud security and may consider adding jurisdiction provisions for European courts to handle disputes. Lobbyists released a statement claiming the proposal is "will create complex legal compliance procedures and will not add to increased levels of cybersecurity."
