The Trans Atlantic Consumer Dialogue is hosting a half-day workshop Oct. 17 at the ASAE Conference Center in Washington, D.C., to discuss with multi-stakeholders the best ways U.S.-based companies can implement the EU General Data Protection Regulation and extend privacy rights to U.S. citizens. The workshop will be moderated by The Washington Post's Hayley Tsukayama and feature discussion panels with representatives from industry, civil society and government regulators. The event will be held under Chatham House Rules "to promote an open and frank dialogue."
