Similarly, ahead of Wednesday's Senate Judiciary Committee Crime and Terrorism Subcommittee hearing on "Law Enforcement Access to Data Stored Across Borders," Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, shared his remarks on the proposed International Communication Privacy Act. Earlier this week, Apple released its biannual transparency report, in which it revealed it has received at least one national security letter from the U.S. government.
