"Bloomberg Law’s 2021 Technology Transactions Survey" found the ever-changing privacy and cybersecurity legislative landscape is a top concern for technology lawyers, Bloomberg reports. The survey found 63% of respondents focused on agreements, including privacy policies, while 55% focused on data management and 51% on cloud computing. Fifty-three percent of respondents chose “federal privacy legislation” as a key area of legal and regulatory concern. For 57%, potential changes to “cybersecurity-related regulations” was a prime concern.
