Verdict reports a recent survey by London-based Guardum shows U.K. data protection officers are having trouble navigating compliance obligations amid COVID-19. The survey of 100 DPOs showed 75% of respondents are having some form of difficulty meeting regulatory requirements, while 30% is expecting future problems stemming from an increase in data subject access requests. "This research graphically illustrates the huge burden that data privacy professionals are shouldering to maintain data compliance," Guardum Co-Founder Rob Westmacott said.
