A survey conducted by ExpressVPN polled 1,000 U.S. citizens about the companies they trust the most with their digital privacy, MediaPost reports. Amazon was the top choice of the respondents, with 30 percent saying they trust the tech company most to protect their privacy, followed by Google at 27 percent, Microsoft and Apple both at 22 percent and Netflix at 20 percent. When asked about which smart devices they are concerned are monitoring their conversations, 29 percent of participants cited Amazon’s Alexa, with 25 percent worried about smart TVs and Google Home. However, 45 percent said they are not concerned at all about their personal privacy when using smart devices in their homes.
