Fifty-five percent of 1,005 Americans surveyed by online privacy company The Best VPN said the U.S. needs a set of laws regulating companies’ use of personal data, ZDNet reports. Survey participants were asked to prioritize an internet bill of rights. Sixty-nine percent ranked their right to access and know when companies collect personal data and how it is being used as their top priority, followed by the right to acquire, correct or delete personal data.
