The 20th edition of IBM’s biannual C-suite study, “Build Your Trust Advantage,” found Australian and New Zealand companies that value trust in their use and sharing of data are most likely to attain market leadership, IT Brief reports. The study, which polled 13,500 C-level executives of leading brands across 98 countries and 20 industries, found 82% of leaders think data strengthens their level of customer trust and bottom lines. “Leading organisations that have put trust at the core of the way they use data with their customers are creating massive opportunities for greater success,” IBM Services and Global Business Services Senior Vice President Mark Foster said.
