A British Chambers of Commerce study of 1,200 firms found one in five U.K. businesses has fallen victim to a cyberattack in the last year, and larger organizations are more likely to get attacked than smaller ones, International Business Times reports. Most surveyed were small-to-medium sized organizations in either the services or manufacturing sectors. The study also found that more than one-fifth of respondents felt cyberattacks kept their organization from growing, and U.K. firms are more reliant than law enforcement or financial institutions on third-party IT providers after a breach.
