- The editor of a student magazine, a reporter and their source accessed University of Otago data including exam results, police vetting lists and academic integrity investigation reports due to an online loophole, Stuff reports. The university's Notified Privacy Event Incident Management Team said a "multifaceted approach," including securing data and notifying affected individuals, helped contain the incident.
