Spain's data protection authority, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, released a guide on data protection and labor relations. The guide covers employees' data rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Organic Law on Data Protection. It includes data processing, data minimization, scanning social media profiles and whistleblowing.
