Spain's Social Chamber of the Supreme Court sided with employees in a case regarding geolocation tracking of delivery drivers. Restaurant chain Telepizza launched "Tracker Project," which required delivery drivers to supply the employer with their cellphone number to track their whereabouts on deliveries. The court ruled the practice was a violation of employees' privacy, but it also found the employer was not transparent with the employees regarding the project's tracking practices.
