A software error led to a breach of patient information at Babylon Health, Silicon Republic reports. In a tweet, a customer said he could access video consultation recordings belonging to other patients through the company’s app. The remote health service provider said three patients were “incorrectly presented with, but did not view” other patients’ information. The issue was corrected within two hours and regulators were notified, according to the report. The company has launched an investigation.
