Seattle University has developed a free online “AI Ethics for Business” course for the public to explore the meaning of ethics in artificial intelligence, The Seattle Times reports. Developed by Senior Business School Instructor Nathan Colaner, Law Professor Mark Chinen, and Adjunct Business and Law Professor Tracy Ann Kosa, the six- to eight-hour course will also explore the impact of AI on various occupations. Through having such a program available to the public, businesses can “build in safeguards and develop these technologies in a responsible way,” Law Professor Ben Alarie said.
