The Helsinki Information Law Moot, an annual global competition for information law students focused on data protection, information access and government surveillance, is taking registrations for its 2021 contest. This year's hypothetical for teams to consider looks at data protection solutions for the lawful application of artificial intelligence and contact-tracing applications in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The deadline to register a team is Oct. 8.
