Santa Clara University School of Law is expanding its privacy law program. Three current and former trustees donated a total of $750,000 that will be used to increase programming, curriculum and interdisciplinary study of privacy law. The university called the expansion an “exciting renewal of our efforts in privacy.” High Tech Law Institute Co-Director and Privacy Law Certificate Faculty Supervisor Eric Goldman said it enables the university “to remain at the forefront of privacy law education and offer even more leadership as this complex field evolves.”
