In this week’s Privacy Tracker weekly legislative roundup, read about newly released Article 29 Working Party guidance on data breach notification, profiling and automated decision-making under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and its finalized data protection impact assessment guidance. Members of the European Parliament’s civil liberties committee approved Rapporteur Marju Lauristin’s report on the ePrivacy Regulation.
