A report published by the National Academy of Public Administration recommends steps that can be taken in 2021 to ensure individuals’ data security and privacy, MassLive Media reports. Recommendations include creating a public-private Presidential Commission on privacy and security, a Workforce Advisory Commission on cybersecurity and privacy, and developing a policy framework. “We hope the report puts data privacy and security on the list of priorities for the next administration,” said co-author Jane Fountain.
