In an interview with The Washington Post, IAPP member Sarah Bruno talks about the trends she’s seeing in data privacy law. Bruno, a partner at Arent Fox, primarily advises major retail clients, including H&M, Diesel and Hugo Boss, on the kind of information they’re allowed to collect from their customers in light of laws that restrict certain collection, such as California’s Song-Beverly Act on ZIP codes.
