Reed Freeman, CIPP/US, was drawn to the team atmosphere and “world-class privacy group” at Venable, where he joined last month as a partner in its eCommerce, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Practice. With a practice that “straddles the intersection of privacy and marketing,” Freeman said Venable’s strong privacy and security team, as well as its advertising law practice and experienced class-action defense practice, were appealing.
