While the case was settled before going to trial, the Duke of Sussex alleged that Splash News' photographs from a helicopter into a home he was renting were an invasion of privacy. The specifics of Harry's argument were unavailable, but his case for GDPR violations is believed to be merited by the improper processing of personal data within the photos, such as a home address.
