Despite being told in school he was too introverted and nervous a speaker to become a litigator, Jay Edelson is now one of best-known lawyers in the field, in part because of his aggressive pursuit of giant tech firms and their uses of consumer data. Currently, he’s in the midst of fighting the well-known Spokeo case.
