South China Morning Post reports Hong Kong's Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data arrested an individual for violation of the anti-doxxing law. The detainee allegedly posted the personal information of three individuals on social media in response to a commercial dispute. This is the second time the PCPD made an arrest under the anti-doxxing legislation, which was approved September 2021.
