The Digital Markets Act was published in the Official Journal of the European Union Oct. 13. The DMA, which creates new obligations for big technology platforms acting as “gatekeepers providing core platform services,” will enter into force Nov. 1 and apply to companies six months after that date, from May 2, 2023.
