The Ottawa Hospital's human resources department inadvertently revealed the identities of unvaccinated employees, CTV News Ottawa reports. The breach occurred after the department sent a mass email to staff with their names visible. A spokesperson for the Ottawa Hospital said, "the email was immediately recalled and all copies were deleted," and the hospital's Information and Privacy Office launched an investigation into the breach and notified the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.
