The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced revisions to its regulation for access to employee medical records. The rule, which outlines procedures OSHA personnel must follow when collecting and using sensitive employee medical information, was amended to "improve efficiency" of the internal procedures.
