Reuters reports NOYB, a nonprofit group created by Max Schrems, announced results of its survey of 33 companies, most of which are U.S.-based, alleging technology companies fall short on complying with the Court of Justice of the European Union's July ruling on cross-border data transfers. Schrems said, "Overall, we were astonished by how many companies were unable to provide little more than a boilerplate answer."
