Norway's data protection authority, Datatilsynet, published new privacy rules for companies that process personal data. The rules are intended to better protect the gender identities of users. The list of nine rules included customizing the user treatment based on the purpose of the data collection and delete all unneeded information, being mindful of rights and principles, and recognizing bias, discrimination and security risks.
