The National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, a public-private collaborative initiative under the National Institute of Standards and Technology, has announced it is seeking technology collaborators for a privacy-enhanced identity federation project. The new project will analyze how privacy-enhancing technologies can be implemented within identity federation solutions to help maintain the privacy of users and organizations. The goal of the project is to produce a NIST Cybersecurity Practice Guide, which will be publicly available and include "practical steps needed to implement a cybersecurity reference design," the NCCoE website states. Questions or suggestions for the project can be sent to email@example.com.
