Thomson Reuters has released the Data Privacy Advisor, a web-based platform that aims to centralize the company’s collection of legal documents, analysis and news pertaining to data privacy, ABA Journal reports. Tim Harty, global head of actionable intelligence at Thomson Reuters, explained the platform will update with news analysis twice daily to include both European and U.S. input. Harty said the platform will complement other company products but will also be offered as a stand-alone service. The platform also includes a question-and-answer function built on IBM’s Watson.
