According to Hunton Andrews Kurth's Privacy & Information Security Law Blog, the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration announced NCC Group has been approved as a U.S. Accountability Agent under the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Cross-Border Privacy Rules program. NCC Group joins TrustArc and Schellman as U.S. agents that assess and certify APEC CBPR compliance.
