Online mug and apparel store DiscountMugs.com has been hit by a data breach that lasted four months, TechCrunch reports. In a letter to state attorneys general, the company said adversaries injected card-skimming code into its website allowing the hackers to collect credit card numbers, security codes and expiration dates of customer credit cards, as well as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and ZIP codes. The company is the latest in a line of companies affected by malicious card-skimming code. British Airways, Newegg and Ticketmaster have all been targeted in recent months.
