ZDNet reports Mozilla developed added tracking protection to its Enhanced Tracking Protection for the Firefox browser. The new ETP feature aims to protect Firefox users against redirect tracking, which stems from third-party cookies deployed by advertisers. Mozilla also announced that first-party cookies will be cleared every 24 hours to counter redirect tracking efforts.
