- CyberNews reports LinkedIn allegedly had personal information scraped from more than 500 million accounts and the data is now being sold on a hacker forum. The entire data trove was not posted, but hackers selling the data posted 2 million records as proof they had the information. The scraped data includes full names, email addresses, phone numbers, workplace information and more. In a statement, LinkedIn said it did not experience a data breach.
