Microsoft signed an agreement with the Brazilian Federal Public Ministry to ensure the Windows 10 operating system is in compliance with the country's privacy law. The tech company will commit to improving the user experience, enhance its procedures for gathering consent and emphasize transparency with its data collection practices. Microsoft is required to implement these changes with the next update to Windows 10 or by Aug. 15 at the latest. (Original article is in Portuguese.)
