Meta is urging the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to delay an administrative proceeding with the Federal Trade Commission regarding children's data monetization, MediaPost reports. Meta asked the court to halt its FTC in-house hearing, saying the company would "suffer irreparable harm by being ... forced to relitigate a settlement with its counterparty as adjudicator."
