For students interested in pursuing a Master’s degree in cybersecurity, not only are more and more universities offering courses to that end, but the career path post-graduation is also proving to be increasingly lucrative and expansive, CSO reports. Schools like Carnegie Mellon University, Fordham University and the University of Southern California are among 10 schools profiled in the report, which notes that, according to U.S. News and World Report, cybersecurity professionals had the eighth highest entry on the “100 best jobs for 2015” list. Additionally, “the profession is growing at a rate of 36.5 percent through 2022,” the report states.
