LawStreetMedia reports Marriott International has filed a motion to dismiss a class-action suit over improper access to customers' personal information by two employees. In it's filing, Marriott argues that the plaintiffs did not allege any harm caused by the hack nor have they reported any misuse of the hacked information since the breach. Additionally, Marriott argued that the disclosure of names, addresses, and birthdays is something customers voluntarily reveal.
