The U.K. High Court ruled in favor of one man who sought to have search results about a past crime removed from Google but against another man, BBC News reports. The man who won his case will have search results about a conviction of conspiring to intercept communications removed from Google. The other man who lost his case was convicted of conspiring to account falsely. "We work hard to comply with the right to be forgotten, but we take great care not to remove search results that are in the public interest," Google said in a statement. "We are pleased that the Court recognised our efforts in this area, and we will respect the judgements they have made in this case."
