The Luxembourg Times reports legislation proposed to Luxembourg's Chamber of Deputies aims to limit government access to personal information. Minister of Justice Sam Tanson said the law would better and more clearly detail what information government entities can look at and under what circumstances they will be allowed access data. The tightening of data access rules stems from a prior incident involving an alleged illegal database created by law enforcement.
